WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

All our conversions come with a limited lifetime warranty. Lifetime on materials and welding, 90 days on electrical.

 

If any defects resulting under normal towing conditions occur, BPC (BP Conversions) will prescribe and pay for a solution to fix their product.

 

If any damage occurs to the host trailer under normal towing conditions, as a result of a malfunction with the conversion hitch, BPC will reimburse owner up to $500 in damages.

 

Any modifications (i.e., welding, drilling, etc.) to the conversion hitch will null and void this warranty.

If for any reason the conversion is returned to BPC, freight costs are the expense of the customer. The conversion will need to be as it was received, palleted and secured, with all brackets and hardware.

 

All refunds will be determined on an individual basis.

Disclaimer

​

When you are performing your usual safety inspection (tires, brakes, lights, etc.) on your RV, BPC recommends you also inspect your conversion hitch before every trip as well. Check the connections, brackets for tightness, and remember do not over tighten the 5/8"x4" bolts as this could lead to damage of the trailer's frame. Also check the integrity of your A-frame for stress cracks and metal fatigue. This will include the trailer's coupler and frame beams. ALWAYS THINK SAFETY!

AN EVALUATION OF REINFORCING THE TRAILER'S A FRAME MUST BE PERFORMED BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT TO AVOID FRAME FAILURE!
